I am very upset. I called on Monday for my mom’s Anniversary on Tuesday. Nancy took down all my info but then never sent my mother and stepfather anything. My mom thought that I had completely forgotten until I called later that evening. They live 10 minutes away from her business so distance should not have been an issue. I called several times and was ignored. Do not order from her unless you want to be severely disappointed.

Hands down, the best florist there is in Charleston! Nancy handled the florals for our Wedding; both her service and fun personality were above and beyond outstanding! She walked The Gibbes with us, not only confirming she could accommodate my dream, but providing recommendations we had not thought of! What we had imagined and hoped for, was nothing like what she delivered; it was TEN TIMES better!! From the simple touches on the stair railings, to the beautifully elaborate centerpieces, to the show-stopping gorgeous floral arch for the ceremony, her florals were better than perfection; they were a work of art!

Called Nancy to send roses to someone special in an area where many other florists didn't deliver. Not only did Nancy arrange a beautiful display but she also had it there on time. Excellent service and value. Thank you.

We weren't even sure the place was open. It was unclear where you should park so we ended up parking on the side of the highway. Walked in to a room that smelled like urine filled with giant stuffed animals. No one was at the counter other than a yellow cat with snot coming out of his nose (hope he's getting veterinary treatment) so we walked through the grounds looking at plants and for someone who worked there. We saw 2 people watering plants but they didn't acknowledge us although several more cats on the grounds did greet us. Saw a corner with a pile of kennels and traps so maybe they rescue feral cats? We didn't see much that I would consider exotic other than a gigantic pencil cactus growing in a green house that was so overgrown it looked like a scene from Jumanji. And since Google always asks, no, this place is not in the least bit handicapped accessible.

I purchased some orchids from Nancy and I can't say enough good things about her, honestly. The customer service was fantastic. She was personable and a pleasure to speak with. She was very accomodating in delivering the flowers to an address further away than they usually deliver. Her prices are fair, and the orchids were gorgeous!
